ISTDP Psychotherapist
Online Therapy.
Specialist support, wherever you are.
Therapy that meets you where you are
Online therapy can be a deeply effective and convenient way of working—whether you’re based in the UK or living abroad. I offer online ISTDP therapy via secure video, providing a private, focused space to explore the emotional struggles you may be facing.
Many clients find that meeting online from the comfort of their own space helps them feel safer, more open, and better able to reflect. You just need a quiet room and a reliable internet connection.
What kinds of difficulties is online ISTDP helpful for?
Online ISTDP therapy can support you with:

-
Anxiety, panic, or chronic overthinking
-
Low mood, self-criticism, or emptiness
-
Relationship struggles and repeating patterns
-
Emotional avoidance or numbness
-
People-pleasing, guilt, or shame
-
A sense of being stuck, blocked, or disconnected
You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit. Often, it’s just a sense that something isn’t quite right—and you’re ready to understand it more deeply.
How does online therapy work?
We meet once a week via secure video, usually for 50-minute sessions.
You’ll need:
•A quiet, private space
•A stable internet connection
•A laptop, tablet or phone with camera and audio.
The therapy is the same focused, in-depth work I do in-person—just in a format that fits around your life, wherever you are.
Working with me
I’m a qualified and experienced psychotherapist with a particular interest in ISTDP. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I aim to offer a space where we can slow down together, listen closely to what’s going on inside, and begin to work through whatever feels stuck or painful.
I work with people across the UK and internationally.
